 –   nurse with a heart
Hello. The reason I am writing to you at this time is I have just read an article on the web regarding Mr. Buffett's interest in politics and I loved the way that he thinks. The reason I am writing to you at this time is to tell you about an idea that myself and another co-worker of mine have being trying to put together. I am 52years old and I am a Registered Nurse along with my co-worker who is the same. We both work in a nursing home currently. I have been a nurse for 16years. Of the 16years - 9 of those years had been in critical care - 5 of those years had been as a Case Manager and the remained have been in the nursing home. The reason I left for the nursing home is that I missed taking care of people which in the hospital setting is in and out without the ability to do much hands on these days.
I would like to open a small adult day care center to help families that care for their loved ones at home but have a difficult due to the caregivers having to go to work and leaving their family member at home alone. The problem is the money - which I do not have to start up this venture. Is their any way possible that Mr. Buffett could led any type of support to help me? Probably not, but thank you so much in advance and God bless you all. Debbie Kinney RN.
